Behind The Brand

I'm Sirnic Mbua, founder and owner of Same 24 Fitness! Looking at this picture, you'd think I've been serious about my fitness my entire life. However, that's not the case. I'm currently 21 years old, but for the vast majority of those 21 years, I was living my life unhealthy. As crazy as life has been for all of us these past few years, I’ve changed my life for the better. Here's my story:
